UK employment rates for blind and partially sighted people remain shockingly low. This grant will fund research into addressing barriers to employment in music. It will build on and update research carried out by the Baluji Music Foundation (formerly Inner Visions Music Company) entitled 'Blind to the Facts' in 1995 which was funded by the RNIB and the Platinum Foundation (see research page on our website for more information).
