Yoga Charity Class for Baluji Music Foundation

BALUJI MUSIC FOUNDATION promotes the understanding and enjoyment of music and performing arts from the Indian Sub-Continent in all its traditional and evolving forms. Our motto is “sharing the joy of music” which we promote through performances, workshops, collaborations, research and exciting projects. We are an inclusive organisation and encourage participation with people from different cultural perspectives, and we especially welcome people who are differently abled.

CLASS DETAILS

The aim of yoga practice is to allow islands of peace surface in the mind. This class will be dedicated to finding balance and calm. The asana practice, combined with mindful breathing, will encourage a very natural connection with the present moment. The class will end with guided relaxation, with elements of yoga Nidra, to leave participants restored and grounded.
